Constructed of durable EVA foam, the Concorde Soft Balance Beam improves coordination, motor skills, and balance. Its destabilizing feature automatically activates your back and abdominal muscles, making it perfect for physical therapy, athletic conditioning, yoga, and dance.
Lightweight and Portable:
At 38” long x 7.5” wide x 2.5” high, the Soft Balance Beam is easy to store and transport.
Durable Construction:
The EVA foam is dense yet soft enough to provide a destabilizing base for balance training. It quickly restores its shape after each use.
For All Ages:
Use the balance beam at a young age to help develop motor skills, or as a fitness and recovery tool as an adult.
Why You Need It:
The Concorde Soft Balance Beam provides a squishy foam base for exercising, physiotherapy, or motor-skill training. This versatile tool can be used by all ages to improve balance and coordination.
How It Helps:
The super soft foam acts as an unstable base, forcing your stabilizing muscles to work harder. This is ideal for balance, rehabilitation, or coordination work.
What You Can Do With It:
-
Practice walking across the beam to improve coordination and motor skills.
-
Use with other equipment to enhance balance and stability.
-
Incorporate into exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and more to challenge posture and control.
