The Cushion Station Mat is available with or without drainage holes, making it the perfect choice for healthcare facilities, food production, manufacturing, and more.

Note: Due to normal variances in production, exact size of mats cannot be guaranteed. A variance of 3% - 5% can be expected on all mat sizes.

Regular Cleaning:

  1. Hand Wash:

    • Use a deck brush and a detergent with a neutral pH to scrub the mat as needed.
    • Rinse thoroughly with a hose or pressure washer to remove any residue.
    • Hang the mat to dry completely before placing it back in service.
  2. Autoclave Sterilization:

    • For environments requiring sterilization, the Cushion Station Mat can be safely sterilized in an autoclave.

Note: Always ensure the mat is fully dry before using it again to maintain its anti-fatigue and safety properties.


Commercial Laundering Instructions

The Cushion Station Mat can be commercially laundered to effectively remove oil, grease, and soil. Follow these steps for best results:

  1. Flush:

    • 2-3 minutes at a high water level with water temperature at 120°F (49°C).
  2. Break Cycle:

    • 5-10 minutes at a high water level with water temperature at 140°F (60°C) to emulsify oils and grease.
  3. Rinse:

    • First rinse: 2 minutes at a high water level with water temperature at 120°F (49°C).
    • Second rinse: 2 minutes at a high water level with cold water.
  4. Drying:

    • Lay the mats flat after removal from the washer and allow them to cool before rolling or placing back in service.
